90-day refund guarantee

Wuhan Julianghui Technology Co., Ltd. offers a 90-day refund guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a product, contact us within 90 days after delivery. You do not need to give a reason. We will refund the full purchase price paid for the product to the original payment method after the return is approved and, where requested, the product is received.

How to request a return or refund

Use our Contact Us page with your order number and the contact details used at checkout. Contact us before shipping anything back; we will provide the correct return address and instructions. Do not send returns to our business address without those instructions.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, tell us and share a photo if available. A photo can help us resolve the issue faster but is not required to contact us.

Return shipping and charges

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for return shipping costs. If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged or defective, we will cover reasonable return shipping or provide another suitable resolution. We do not charge a restocking fee. Original shipping charges are refunded when the problem was our error or when required by applicable law; otherwise, the full refund guarantee covers the product purchase price.

Refund timing and cancellations

Once approved and any requested return is received, we will initiate the refund to the original payment method within 14 days. Your payment provider may take additional time to post funds. Contact us as soon as possible to cancel an order. We can cancel before dispatch; after dispatch, the 90-day refund process applies.
